Parcul Liniei: Modern Park Solutions by Encho Enchev – ETE

Project Details

The newly opened Parcul Liniei in Bucharest – the largest linear park in Europe – has been equipped with high-quality park furniture by Encho Enchev – ETE. A wide range of the company's products has been installed in the park: concrete and metal benches, bike racks, concrete trash bins, concrete picnic tables, as well as concrete picnic tables with chess and backgammon fields, planters with integrated benches, and fountains with a drinking zone for pets.

Comfort and Functionality

Situated along the park's pathways, our products provide comfort and rest areas where visitors can find peace from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The high-strength concrete with a homogeneous mosaic structure and the quality materials used in the manufacturing of these pieces ensure their durability and resistance to intensive use.

Park History

The park is located in Sector 6 of Bucharest, along a former railway line from Militari. The project is being implemented in three phases:

• First phase: Opened on June 1, 2023, covering 630 meters and 4.5 hectares, including a half-hectare area for pets.
• Second phase: Opened on April 28, 2024, between Cotroceni Station and Doina Cornea Boulevard. This phase covers 580 meters and 3.5 hectares, and includes age-specific playgrounds, swings for people with disabilities, sports courts and outdoor fitness equipment, picnic tables, and relaxation zones.
• Third phase: Work begins this year and will cover 8 hectares and 3 km. It is expected to be completed by the summer of 2025. It will include picnic areas, climbing walls, playgrounds, sports fields, a city square, and an urban art zone.
