Cleanliness and Convenience at Ċirkewwa Port, Malta
Ċirkewwa Port, an essential point for the ferry connection between Malta and the Gozo islands, is now equipped with new and modern trash bins, thanks to the collaboration between Christian Formosa Turnkey and Encho Enchev – ETE.
As part of the project aimed at improving the cleanliness and convenience of the area, new Model 36 concrete trash bins from Encho Enchev – ETE were installed. This project is part of the Nature Trust Malta initiative to maintain environmental sustainability and cleanliness in the area.
Elegance and Functionality Combined
The concrete bins are designed to meet the specific needs of Ċirkewwa Port. They are made from high-quality materials, ensuring their durability and longevity in the harsh marine climate. The bins are strategically placed around the port area to provide maximum convenience for visitors and to prevent littering in the sea.
Environmental Responsibility
Ċirkewwa is not only an important transportation hub but also one of the most popular diving spots on the Maltese islands. With its underwater rocks, caves, tunnels, and an arch reaching down to the seabed at 27 meters, the area attracts numerous divers. To maintain the cleanliness of this unique natural resource, the new trash bins play a crucial role. They contribute to the efforts of the local management to keep the diving zone clean and free of litter.
